All enjoying the sunshine. First guy is watching his back haha or maybe the geese waddle along
ReplyDeleteThey are birds you don't want to take lightly. They are pretty and serene and big and feisty. Even my chihuahuas leave them alone.
DeleteWe have lots of cardinals, gold finches, occasional hawks and once in a while a bald eagle circling around. I love the birds filling our backyard.
ReplyDeleteI know you enjoy seeing the bald eagle. We have a few in Georgia, but no pair have set up housekeeping near me.
DeleteNice photos, Ann. Canada Geese, eh. Reminds me it's time to get over to Canada and visit my adoring fans :)

These geese are year-round residents. We have a few ponds in Warner Robins that they stocked with catfish. They were dumping dog food to feed the catfish and the geese were eating the dog food. Warner Robins has a healthy population of the geese, and they are bossy.
DeleteI love looking at birds. We have the usual types come through, but sometimes other ones catch my eye when I'm walking or driving, like ducks and peacocks.
ReplyDeleteI wanted to get pet pea fowl but I understand they travel quite a bit. I have fussy neighbors so I will have to wait until they move. lol Thanks for visiting.
