Love transcends

The human heart ebbs and flows
Somber times and rhythmic beats

Leaping for new life
Jumping to the promise of better

Shackled by reproach's grimness
Limitations borne and imposed.

How well we accept or transcend

Will never eclipse the love we know.

  5. I think the imposed limitations might be worse. Sometimes, we are our own worst enemies.
